Labyrinth

The ‘Walk a Quiet Path’ project – Southampton 2008

With BBC Breathing Places funding, and the support of Hilary Bradley and the team at The Hawthorns Urban Wildlife Centre, I worked with many local people across the city to promote and create simple, seven circuit Cretan-style labyrinths in public places. Groups at Mayfield Park, Mansel Park and the Ropewalk Community Garden all participated in this project. The labyrinths were in place throughout the summer and autumn months.
